Return & Refund Policy

Overview

At Repster Wear, we strive to provide high-quality motorcycle leather apparel and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and protective materials must be intact
  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration


Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made motorcycle suits
  • Personalized or custom-sized jackets
  • Special design orders
  • Used riding gear
  • Items damaged due to misuse


Custom products are made specifically according to the customer’s specifications and therefore are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received
  • Major sizing issue (case-by-case basis)


Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide clear photos of the product if required.
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the return address provided by Repster Wear.


Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.


Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect


Please contact Repster Wear within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, especially for custom motorcycle gear, orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items. Repster Wear is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
